This medkit could be used as a stand alone ifak.
The pouch is very tight to the agilite magnetix combat belt and just enough space for combat gauze, Israeli bandages, and curlex. The tourniquet retention on top is an added bonus. A CAT tourniquet fits perfectly
Easy to use and doesn’t stick out too far. Allowing you to sit in vehicles.
