I didn't realize that I needed the adapter for the cummerbund for the k19 plate carrier. When I found out that I needed the adapter, I figured it would stick out more and be a nuisance. I also thought that I would be adding more to my plate carrier then I would need to. Well I was wrong it I barely even notice it at times. It's worth it and so is the cummerbund. It's very durable and the stitching is very strong!

This adapter is easy to install and secures nicely to the carrier. Allows you to securely attach any upgraded cummerbund.
