I've bought two of these. I think they are fantastic. They were a lot thinner than I expected so they don't add a whole lot to the back of my K19's

Setting up the adapter was fast and requires no tools. The fit between the vest and the adapter seems rock solid.

I'm currently serving in the US military, I wear my plate carrier 5 days out of the week for 8-14 hours a day. When I tell you this is the most comfortable plate carrier I'm telling the truth! I have had been issued and bought 7 different plate carriers since I have been in. This one takes the cake, I like the customization, it's light, durable, and very comfortable on the shoulders. Great if your standing at a gate all day, needing something that is good for CQB or riding in convoys, I'm usually doing all three throughout the week and it is the perfect fit for all three.

The velcro and straps help attach the adapter to the K19 seemlessly.
