The OEM K19 cummerbund is underwhelming it works, but shows its flaws once you start wanting to run side plates and internal pouches. Before they had this adapter i made my own that finally wore out. This lets you run the Agilite and other aftermarket cummerbunds. Giving you many more options. I like the Agilite Warfighter since I use side plates and some internal pouches.

Picked this up to run a Warfighter Plate Carrier Cummerbund on my K19 Plate Carrier 3.0 and it’s been a solid upgrade. The fit and integration with the carrier are excellent and the overall build quality feels durable and well thought out. Installation was straightforward and everything lined up the way it should. I also swapped the factory buckles for First Spear Tubes Quick Release Buckles since the original buckles on the plate carrier were a bit cumbersome to work with. The Tubes system is a huge improvement—much faster and easier to don and doff the carrier, especially when running gear. Overall, this flap paired with the Warfighter cummerbund makes the K19 setup much more functional. After running it for a bit, I’ve already convinced two of my coworkers to pick one up along with the cummerbund. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade if you’re looking to improve the usability of your carrier.
