We are seeking a Sales Operations Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing international dealer relationships, supporting B2B and B2G sales operations, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end order and account management experience for global partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with international dealers and B2B customers
- Identify, screen, and onboard new international dealers through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Maintain and track all sales activity and dealer interactions within CRM systems
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational and shipping-related issues and resolutions.
- Receive and process dealer purchase orders, coordinate internal workflows, and ensure accurate execution across departments
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes
- Prepare dealer quotations, documentation, and support materials for tenders and bids
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings, including coordination and client engagement
- Work closely with marketing and product teams on promotions, product launches, and dealer communications
- Support customer retention activities and assist with key strategic accounts as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or operational coordination roles
- Willingness to work evening hours when needed due to global time zone differences
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach
- Fluent English (mandatory) and conversational Hebrew (preferred)
- Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
- Strong organizational and operational coordination skills
- High energy, proactive mindset, and strong drive for results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment
