We are seeking a Producer to join our Marketing team.

This role is responsible for owning and leading Agilite’s media production pipeline from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, fast-paced execution of video content across all marketing channels and full ownership of planning, production, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full media production pipeline from ideation concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production through final delivery and publishing
• Develop video concepts including scheduling, budgeting, logistics, locations, casting/talent, equipment, and resource allocation
• Define production strategy including content angles, scripts, shot lists, titles, thumbnails, and distribution considerations before production begins
• Lead end-to-end pre-production planning concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production through final delivery and publishing
• Manage on-set production execution including directing workflow, coordinating crew, ensuring readiness of all elements, and solving real-time operational issues
• Oversee post-production process including editing workflows, feedback cycles, quality control, and alignment with brand standards
• Ensure all content aligns with marketing priorities, campaign goals, and brand messaging across multiple platforms
• Build, optimize, and maintain structured production systems, workflows, templates, and operational processes for the media team
• Manage multiple simultaneous productions while maintaining timelines, quality, and consistency across all deliverables
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution from brief to final asset
• Own the full media production pipeline from ideation concept development, pre-production, production, and post-production through final delivery and publishing

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, content creation, or media production management roles
• Strong experience leading full end-to-end productions, not only supporting execution
• Excellent project management, organizational, and operational planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong creative thinking combined with strong execution and operational discipline
• High attention to detail with ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across creative and marketing teams
• Proactive, independent, and highly ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
