מתכנן ייצור ומיקור (planner buyer-תפ"י)
מתכנן ייצור ומיקור הינו חבר מפתח בצוות התפעול, אשר אחראי להבטחת כמות המלאי הנכונה במדפים בכל עת, במציאות של שרשרת אספקה בינלאומית מורכבת ומאתגרת. על המועמד להיות מוכשר, יסודי, אסטרטג מעשי, ובעל יכולת לתכנן קדימה באופן קפדני וכן להתאים עצמו לאתגרים השוטפים של היצע וביקוש .
התפקיד כולל:
- הורדת מלאי שהתיישן.
- הקמת תהליכי תכנון עיקריים ונהלים על מנת להבטיח מימוש דרישות הלקוחות.
- מעקב, ניהול ותמיכה במערכת ERP וניהול לו"ז לייצור בהתבסס על תחזיות מכירות.
- מניעת חוסרים מהותיים המשפיעים על ייצור.
- ניהול כתבי חומרים במערכת ERP.
- תכנון וקביעת לו"ז לקיבולת ייצור.
- שחרור הזמנות ייצור.
- ניתוח מגמות מלאי ומתן המלצות לעניין קביעת סדרי עדיפות, זירוז או הוצאת הזמנות ייצור והזמנות רכש.
- מתן דיווח וניתוח שוטף של רמות מלאי, מגבלות אספקה ומדדי ביצוע מרכזיים אחרים על מנת לספק תובנות בנושא ביצועים.
- זיהוי וניהול מלאי איטי, מיושן ועודף.
- עבודה צמודה למחלקות אחרות: מכירות, מחסן, כספים.
דרישות התפקיד:
- השכלה: Sc. בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול.
- ניסיון של 3 שנים כמתכנן בחברה יצרנית.
- ידע וניסיון במערכות ייצור ERP/MRP.
- הבנה בתהליך הייצור.
- יכולות אנליטיות גבוהות.
- יכולת לעבוד תחת לחץ ותעדוף משימות פתוחות.
- שחקן צוות.
- בעל יכולת למידה מהירה, עצמאי ואוטודידקט.
- ידע מעולה ב-MS-Office.
- יכולת כתיבה ודיבור מצוינת באנגלית.

Manufacturing and Sourcing Planner
The Manufacturing and Sourcing Planner is a key member of the Operations team who is responsible for ensuring the correct amount of stock is on shelf at all times in an increasingly challenging and complex international supply chain reality. The candidate needs to be a talented, thorough, hands-on strategist who can plan forward meticulously and also adapt to supply and demand challenges as they arise.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Minimize obsolete stock
- Establish material planning processes and routines to ensure customers demands are met
- Monitor, maintain and support ERP System and manage the Master Manufacturing
- Scheduling based on sales forecasts
- Take action in relation to material shortages that affect production.
- Manage and maintain BOMs in ERP system
- Manufacturing capacity planning and scheduling
- Release manufacturing orders
- Analyze inventory trends and make suggestions to prioritize, expedite or push out manufacturing orders or purchase orders
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of stock levels, supply constraints, and other KPI's to provide performance insight
- Identification and management of slow-moving, obsolete and excess inventory
- Working closely with other departments: Sales, Warehouse, Finance
Position Requirements
- Education: BSc in Industrial Engineering Management
- Experience of 3 years as a Planner at a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP/MRP Systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Capable of working under stress and set up priority of all open tasks.
- Team player
- Fast learner, independent and autodidact
- Excellent knowledge in MS-Office
- Excellent written and spoken English

אג'ילייט, יצרנית ציוד לחימה בתהליך צמיחה מהירה מחפשת נציג/ת שירות לקוחות מוכשר/ת ונמרצ/ת לתמיכה בצוות המכירות (B2B) של החברה.
תחומי האחריות כוללים:
- תעדוף הזמנות, אימות התאמתן למפרטים ווידוא אספקתן במועד.
- ניהול התהליך המלא, החל משלב קבלת הצעת מחיר ועד להוצאת החשבונית מלקוחות ה B2B עבור סוכני המכירות של החברה ברחבי העולם, כולל רישום הזמנה, ניהול ומשלוח.
- עבודה בצמוד למחלקת מכירות B2B של החברה כאיש/אשת הקשר המרכזי/ת.
- הנעת שיפור תהליכים ונהלים על בסיס שוטף כדי שצוות המחסן יוכל לעבוד באופן עצמאי ולנפק הזמנות ביעילות.
- הקפדה על אמינות מערכת התכנון העסקי (ERP).
- תקשורת יום-יומית עם מרכזי / ספקי השילוח .
- משימות אדמיניסטרטיביות כלליות וניהול משרד.
- סיוע לצוות התמיכה בלקוחות האינטרנט (E-commerce) בתקופות עומס.
דרישות המשרה:
- תואר ראשון, עדיף בתחום הקשור לשרשרת אספקה- יתרון.
- דיבור וכתיבה באנגלית ברמה מקצועית (חובה).
- עברית ברמה של שפת אם (חובה).
- ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתפקיד בתחום שרשרת אספקה, סחר אלקטרוני, לוגיסטיקה או שירות לקוחות.
- שליטה בתוכנות אופיס (בדגש על אקסל(- יתרון משמעותי
- יתרון משמעותי לבעלי ניסיון במערכות WMS (מערכות ניהול מחסן) מערכות ERP כגון SAP Business, Katana, ופלטפורמת Shopify e-commerce.
- גמישות ואחראיות להיות בזמינות לבעיות קריטיות בשעות שאינן שגרתיות העולות לצוות המכירות הבינלאומי של החברה.

תיאור התפקיד
- תכנון וטיפול בכל תחום הייצור בקרב קבלני משנה - הזמנת חלונות ייצור, שליחת חו"ג, מעקב ובקרה אחר ביצועי הקבלן משנה (הן באיכות והן עמידה בלו"ז).
- אחריות על תיאום מול קבלני משנה בינ"ל מקצה לקצה - קליטת ביקושים, ריכוז דרישות, תכנון ייצור אצל קבלני משנה, טיפול בתקלות, ניהול קשרי עבודה שוטפים עם מחלקות שונות בארגון ואצל קבלני המשנה.
- זיהוי וניהול סיכונים, הצפה וטיפול בבעיות מרכזיות לצורך ייעול ושיפור תהליכים בשטח, הרמת דגל : בנושא מועדי אספקה, גמישות ספקים לשינויים ואיכות ביצוע.
- אחריות על הגדרת סדרי עדיפות לספקים /קבלני משנה: פתרון בעיות אספקה והפקת דו"חות מעקב.
דרישות
- תואר ראשון בהנדסה תעשייה וניהול/ כלכלה/ תואר רלוונטי אחר – חובה
- כשנתיים ניסיון בתפקיד פלנר /ית /תפ"י /ניהול פרויקטים בחברה יצרנית - חובה.
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
- ניסיון בניהול מו"מ, חוזים והתקשרויות עם ספקים בארץ / חו"ל
- ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים

AGILITE is Looking for an International Sub-contractors Coordinator
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Plan and handle all production aspects of sub-contractors - order production slots, raw materials delivery, track and control sub-contractor's performance (in both quality and conformance with timetables).
- End to end coordination of international sub-contractors - demands acceptance, requirements concentration, sub-contractors production planning, faults handling, manage on-going work relations with various departments of the Company and with sub-contractors.
- Risks identification and management, raise and attend to central issues required to increase efficiency and improve processes, stress subjects of: delivery dates, suppliers flexibility to changes and execution quality.
- In charge of defining priority order for suppliers/sub-contractors: resolve supply and delivery problems and generate follow-up reports.
Position Requirements
- BA/ BSc in Industry & Management Engineering/ Economics/ another relevant degree - compulsory.
- About two years experience in a Planner/ PP&C/ Projects Manager in a manufacturing company - compulsory.
- High level English.
- Experienced in managing negotiations, contracts and contacts with local/ international suppliers.
- Proven projects management experience.
- Experienced in work with ERP systems.
- Technical knowledge in reading specs - an advantage.
- Knowledge, comprehension and control of Textile production processes - a significant advantage.
- Independent work and multi-tasking capability.
- Readiness for numerous travels abroad.
- Employees motivation ability and excellent human relations.
