Development Manager - Apparel

We are seeking an Apparel Development Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end development and production process of Agilite’s technical apparel collection, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full apparel development lifecycle, including sourcing, custom fabric development, production, and delivery
• Lead communication and coordination with global factories, vendors, and material suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timelines are aligned with business goals
• Own project timelines, Time & Action calendars, BOM costing, sample management, and overall production follow-up from development to final delivery
• Monitor product quality and compliance standards in collaboration with internal and external QA teams
• Identify development and production risks, provide solutions, and adjust plans to maintain project progress
• Partner cross-functionally with design, pattern making, innovation, and production teams to support product execution and material sourcing
• Provide ongoing reporting and updates regarding project status, pricing, risks, and delays to the Head of Apparel

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
• High-level English and Hebrew proficiency
• 3+ years of project management experience within the apparel industry
• Strong knowledge of apparel production processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control
• Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• High-level proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with project management systems such as Monday or PLM
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on highly technical products and concepts

Advantages:

• Experience with technical/outdoor apparel, menswear, and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Browzwear, or Clo3D
